ArkData has partneredwith AJICT, a company with expertise in ICT development and professionaloperations.

ArkData and AJICT pledgedto engage in close collaboration and shared strategies to achieve mutual growthduring the exclusive distribution agreement signing ceremony on the 4th. 

ArkData, which has notoperated a sole distributorship and has only operated procurementdistributorship, plans to establish a full-fledged distributor system for thefirst time with AJICT to sell its main products, such as "Ark for CDC" and "ArkConnector". ArkData emphasized the significance of securing this distributionsystem, as it would enable the company to expand its market share in thedomestic data replication market by leveraging AJICT"s extensive distributionchannels and network, which includes over 100 customers and partners.

The ceremony for the exclusivedistribution agreement took place in the presence of KO,KWANGYUN, CEO of ArkData, and AHN, PILYONG,CEO of AJICT. The two corporations reached an agreement to not only markettheir current products and services, but also to actively explore the ICTmarket by demonstrating the possibility of launching new technologies andproducts through collaborative development efforts. 

As a company specializing in real-timedatabase and file replication solutions, Ark Data has been recognized for itsunrivaled technology and is receiving many love calls in the domestic as wellas overseas markets. In particular, it has recently launched the ‘ArkConnector" which utilizes CDC (Changed Data Capture) technology and enablesconnection to the Apache Kafka platform, a real-time distributed messagingplatform, and is expanding its business to the big data market.

AJICT is expandingits business to specialize in integrated IT infrastructure by acquiring ITconsulting and data management capabilities, including open source, GPU, andreal-time databases, based on its existing server and storage technologyexpertise.
